• The platform acts as a facilitator, not the product owner

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• Any activity under your account is your responsibility

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

• Upload only original or legally licensed digital products

• Ensure product descriptions are accurate

• Not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content

• Handle customer support related to their products

The platform is not responsible for seller-uploaded content.

4. Commission & Payments

• The platform charges 20% commission on each successful sale

• Commission is automatically deducted before seller payout

• Sellers receive 80% of the sale value

• Payouts are processed based on our payout schedule and minimum threshold

All payment gateway charges or taxes (if applicable) may be deducted.

5. Digital Product Delivery & Refunds

• All sales are for digital products only

• Once downloaded, products are non-refundable

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure in delivery

Final refund decisions rest with the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

• Sellers retain ownership of their products

• The platform receives a limited license to display and sell products

• Website content, branding, and software belong to the platform owner

Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users and sellers must NOT:

• Upload malware or harmful files

• Attempt to bypass commission or payment systems

• Share login credentials

• Abuse or exploit platform features

Violation may result in permanent account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for:

• Seller product quality or accuracy

• Loss of revenue or data

• Technical downtime or third-party service failures

Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraudulent activity is detected

Outstanding earnings may be withheld during investigation.
